Bolu Pandan recipe

material:

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pandan paste or 1 tablespoon pandan leaves suji
Sift:
  • 150 g flour Triangle Blue
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until thick, white, and fluffy.
  2. Enter the flour mixture gradually turns premises so that the material melted butter mixed well.
  3. Add the pandan paste or water suji pandan leaves. Stir until blended.
  4. Pour into 20 cm round baking pan that has been polished a little butter and sprinkled with flour. Flatten.
  5. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes until cooked.
  6. Remove, let cool.
