Bolu Roll Cake Recipe

Material :

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
  • 50 g melted margarine

  • 1 tbs rhum
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 7 egg yolks
  • Egg whites 2 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 40 g plain flour
Make the buttercream :
  1. whisk all ingrediens until fluffy and white like cream

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 gr powdered sugar

How to make sponge cake :
