Material :
- 30 egg yolks
- 250 grams powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk powder
- 50 grams of cake flour, sifted
- 350 grams butter
- 150 grams of margarine
- Mix the butter, margarine and powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Enter the egg yolks one at a time while continuing to beat mixture until white and fluffy.
- Enter the powdered mik and flour little by little while continuing to be shaken evenly.
- Pour a teaspoon of vegetable mixture in baking dish that has been coated with baking paper and spread with margarine. Bake in oven with the heat on for 5 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven, press-press cake using a spesial tool until the flat surface of the cake.
- Pour another 1 tabespoon vegetable mixture over first layer. Bake again for 5 minutes to fire up. Perform the same process until the dough runs out.
- If the dough has been exhausted and the coating process is complate, bake the cake in the oven with the flame top and bottom heat until cooked. Remove and serve.
