Pukis Cake Recipe

Material :

  • 180 ml ​​coconut milk
  • ½ tbsp instant yeast
  • 60 ml warm water
  • 3 eggs chicken
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 150 g wheat flour
Method :
  1. Cook the coconut milk until boiling. Lift. Let stand until warm
  2. Stir the yeast with warm water until foamy.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
  4. Add flour bit by bit while stirring until blended.
  5. Enter the yeast solution. Mix well.
  6. Add coconut milk and stir well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat the mold pukis over medium heat, polish with a little vegetable oil / margarine.
  8. Pour the batter into the mold hole until almost full.
  9. After the edges dry. Lift pukis.
For 20 pieces
