How to Make Oni Manju

Material :

• 5 pieces of sweet potatoes (yams can be added like love)
• Salt (a little)
• 250 g Flour (sifted first)
• Sugar depending on taste
• 1 tsp baking powder (but there are some who make ngak make.suka like)

Method :

1. Wash sweet potatoes and cut into squares.
2. Mix sweet potatoes with flour, sugar and salt
3. Cover with dough steamed in a cloth (non-embedded spy pd steam) can also be printed according to taste.
4. Steamed until cooked, lift serve.
5. This diet menu that I do also, with ill wear Dlm sugar recipe.

Note :

    Baking powder oni manju on this, actually ill at enjoined. But if you like a little fluffy, baking powder can be added to the dough. My family usually does not use any material if the developer makes this manju oni .. sosodden texture like cake ..
