- 225 gr margarine BLUE BAND
- 225 gr sugar palm
- 4 eggs
- 1 piece of sweet orange, grated skin
- 300 grams of dried fruit
- 50 g thinly sliced almonds
- 275 gr flour, sifted
- Mix the dried fruit with a little flour, set aside.
- Beat together margarine BLUE BAND brown sugar until sugar is dissolved andcondensed.
- In a separate bowl , beat eggs together to ride , then perlahan2 enter the whiskmargarine , whipped again every time I enter into the egg batter.
- Add orange peel , beat the average . Add the remaining flour and dried fruit mixtureand stir well . Pour the batter into the pan size 10 x 20 x 5 cm which bersemir margarineand sprinkled with flour. Pour the batter into the pan, smooth.
- Bake in hot oven temperature 120 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until half cooked.Lift.
- Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake again until cooked and dry almond. Remove and let cool.
