How to Make Cheese Brownies

Chocolate Dough Ingredients:

• 100 g butter
• 100 g good-quality cocoa powder
• 200 g granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
• Chicken 2 eggs, beaten

Sift together:

• 75 g plain flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheese Dough:

• 150 g cream cheese / cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons butter, beat until soft
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 eggs chicken
• 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
• 4 tablespoons flour

Method:

1. Prepare a baking pan rectangular 20×20x4 cm. Polish margarine and sprinkle a little flour.
2. Dough Chocolate: Mix butter and cocoa powder.
3. Heat over low heat until melted. Lift.
4. Add the sugar and vanilla, mix well.
5. Add eggs, mix well.
6. Enter the flour mixture and stir well. set aside.
7. Dough Cheese: Beat cream cheese until smooth.
8. Add the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a shake blended.
9. Add the flour and stir well.
10. Solution: Put 1 tablespoon full of chocolate batter in the bottom of the pan. Put on side 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Do criss-cross until the dough runs out and the pan covered with batter.
11. With a knife or fork to make zigzag movements on the dough and to form marble pattem.
12. Bake in hot oven 180 C sub 45 minutes until cooked cake.
13. Remove, let cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
